Missions
As a church we believe in the priority of believers coming together to grow in faith and grow in relationship with God and each other. However we also believe in the great commission (Mk. 16:15) in sharing the gospel message with the unchurched, and unsaved world. This means we have to go outside the four walls. Most unchurched and unbelievers are not going to churches these days. This mission to the lost starts in our own community, and should not stop there but extend throughout our province, nation and world (Acts 1:8). As a church we are called to equip the saints to do the work of the ministry, so the body of Christ is built up (Eph. 4:4-12).
Below you will see our heart, vision and action in spreading the gospel.

01
Community Outreach
Throughout the year we find ways to reach our own community, here are some of the ways:

A few times each year we hold an outreach where bring a meal and prayer to people in our community who have been on our heart.

Once a year we cater a BBQ for our local schools, to show our love and support for the students and teachers.

Every year we host a Christmas play, where children, youth and adults sing and act. It is a free play, communicating the true meaning of Christmas and open to our community.

Every Summer we hold church in the park, an open air service, followed by a BBQ/Picnic with children's games and activities.

We have held weekly Family Recreation Nights for students in our community during the winter months. A great way to build relationship and get some excercise.

We believe in community beyond Sunday mornings. As a church we meet to enjoy the place where we live, for beach BBQs, hikes, and camping trips.

Throughout the year we look for ways to give back to the first responders, and those who service our community, either through some moose soup, or some coffee and donuts to warm them up.

In our community we endeavour that each one, reach one, in their home, neighbourhood, jobs and around town. Through hands on ministry, either by building relationship, praying for, encouraging, or sharing the truth of the gospel.
02
Provincial Outreach
As a church we are connected with other like-minded ministries across our province. As a church we partner with these ministries to help them reach their cities, and we work together to reach our province.

03
Nationally
As a church we are a part of a much bigger picture in our nation. We are members of FCF Canada and around 100 churches across the nation. We faithfully support FCF Canada by volunteering time and giving finances to spread the gospel throughout Canada.
